Better conversations, not more junk leads.

A small, measurable buyer-lead pilot for RE/MAX Results: local intent, a conversational AI guide, human follow-up, and the evidence to decide what should scale.

What we heard

The problem is not names. It is intent.

You have already paid for “leads” that were cold, invalid, or nowhere near moving. The opportunity is to catch people earlier, give them a useful reason to talk, and keep the context alive until the timing becomes real.

“The big advantage is follow-up. If you’re the one in contact 6 months later, you’ll likely get the business.”

Recommended starting point

A 30-day buyer lead proof pilot.

One territory. One clear conversation. One separate CRM lane. Enough evidence to know whether this is worth expanding.

01 / REBA

Conversation starter

A warm AI guide that explains the process, asks basic discovery questions, and hands commercial or sensitive decisions to a real agent.

02 / LOCAL INTENT

Focused entry point

One buyer-focused landing page or microsite around an approved geography and a useful local question—not a network of sites on day one.

03 / FOLLOW-UP

Context that stays alive

A separate pilot CRM records source, intent, conversation context, owner, and next action so good conversations do not disappear.

Lead-generation ideas

Start with the experiments that teach us the most.

BUYERS

Local buyer-intent page

Test one city—Woodbury or Cottage Grove were examples from the call—and invite people into a useful conversation.

WARMER SIGNALS

Social engagement audiences

Use approved engagement signals to build warmer content or ad audiences. Engagement is a hypothesis, not proof of readiness.

COMPOUNDING

Local content + Google profile

Answer buyer and seller questions consistently, then reuse approved answers across pages, social, reviews, and local discovery.

The listing-data gate

Trestle is the bridge to live listings.

Live property search and alerts should come through an authorized MLS/IDX/RESO path. The closest existing model is Jesse’s Nora concierge: the interaction works, but its listing data remains synthetic until the NWWMLS/Trestle terms are confirmed.

Before live listing data

Confirm permitted fields, photos, attribution, refresh/deletion rules, saved searches, alerts, third-party hosting, quotas, cost, and brokerage approval.

Until then, REBA stays a concept guide and the pilot can use approved content or synthetic records.

Live demo · 24/7 home-search sidekick

REBA is there whenever the home search comes up.

A buyer can talk with REBA 24/7 to ask questions, get information about properties, and update what they are looking for. When they are ready to move quickly, REBA can connect them with a local agent to arrange a showing around their schedule.

Commercial model

Keep the first decision small.

No final price was agreed on during the call. The correct price depends on territory, CRM, listing-data permissions, content volume, and follow-up requirements.

Concept demo

Ready to test

Dedicated REBA guide. No live listings or CRM connection.

30-day pilot build

To be scoped

Finalize after the requirements review and Trestle/CRM path are known.

Agent add-ons

Illustrative only

$30–$99/month was discussed as a future idea, not an approved quote.

Selected work

Proof should be tangible.

Next decision

Choose one territory and make the proof real.

Confirm the public site, current tools, preferred territory, and pilot owner. Then we can connect the conversation to an authorized listing-data path and a human follow-up process.
